How do you know you found the right house to purchase

So lets say you have decided to purchase a house for whatever reason, how would you know that it is the right house to buy? Would you even like living in it for over a year? If so would you afford to service it. Usually it is advisable that when you find a house that you want to buy you sleep over it. It is never always easy identifying the ideal houses to buy from the top of your head so you would need to research before anything.

• Inspect the house – Make sure you go inside the house and inspect it thoroughly, make sure you like it and there’s no fault.
• Feel comfortable in the bathroom –  If you can walk into the bathroom and feel compelled to open the shower door or stroke the vanity marble, this is your house.
• You are attached to the house – If you stop looking and searching for a house and you feel 100% satisfied then you have found your home.
• House fits your need – If the house fits your needs you might as well buy it.
• You cant wait to move in – If you have the urge to move in then this house is probably yours.
